《交通信息与安全》 “交通工程安全韧性”专栏征文启事

为及时跟踪交通运输领域的科技前沿与学术动态,《交通信息与安全》特设置“主题专栏”“团队专栏”“重大项目专栏”等特别栏目,集中报道学术团队或重大项目的阶段性研究进展和成果。

随着城市化建设进程不断加快,交通工程事故呈逐年上升状态,如何发现潜在隐患,提高交通工程安全性,对于预防和减少安全事故具有重要作用。安全韧性是指系统在面临风险扰动时,能够通过自身组织持续维持安全状态的能力。交通工程安全韧性是指在安全生产及运营的基础上,考虑韧性特征,通过强化安全风险分级管控、隐患排查治理“双重预防机制”,更好的实现交通工程安全状态把握与安全韧性能力的提升。目前,安全韧性理论与交通工程耦合演化机理、韧性理论下交通工程安全评价指标体系搭建、交通系统安全韧性时空演变评估模型、智能网联环境下交通工程协同运行仿真系统等均是安全韧性在交通工程领域亟需深入研究的议题。

郭延永 东南大学,教授、博士生导师,于东南大学交通运输规划与管理专业获得博士学位。在加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学博士联合培养,并从事博士后研究,发表学术论文100余篇,获国家发明专利30余项。任交通安全国际重要刊物Accident Analysis & Prevention编委,《中国公路学报》青年编委,《交通运输工程学报》青年编委,《交通信息与安全》青年编委,兼任世界交通运输大会技术委员会主席、中国交通运输协会青年科技工作者委员会委员、中国自动化学会平行控制与管理专业委员会委员。主要研究方向包括交通冲突技术、多源事故数据挖掘与建模、自动驾驶安全理论等。主持了国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金等重要科研项目10余项。研究成果获中国公路学会科技进步特等奖,中国交通运输协会创新青年奖,中国智能交通协会优秀青年科技人才奖。

Guo Yanyong is a Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at Southeast University. He earned his Ph.D. in Transportation Planning and Management from Southeast University and conducted joint doctoral and postdoctoral research at the University of British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Guo has published over 100 academic papers. He holds more than 30 national invention patents. He serves on the editorial boards of Accident Analysis & Prevention, and is a Youth Editorial Board Member of China Journal of Highway, Transport and Journal of Transportation Engineering, Journal of Transport Information and Safety. Additionally, he is the Chair of the Technical Committee for the World Transport Convention, a member of the Committee of Youth Scientific & Technological professional, and a member of the Parallel Control and Management Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation. His main research areas include traffic conflict technology, multi-source accident data mining and modeling, and autonomous driving safety theory. Dr. Guo has led more than ten major research projects, including those funded by the National Key Research and Development Program, the National Natural Science Foundation, and the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province. His work has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Special Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the China Highway and Transportation Society, the Young Innovator Award from the China Transportation Association, and the Outstanding Young Scientist Award from the China Intelligent Transportation Systems Association.

 

张晖 武汉理工大学教授、博士生导师,交通部青年拔尖人才,毕业于武汉理工大学获博士学位,2013-2016年在加拿大阿尔伯塔大学从事博士后研究,任交通安全国际重要刊物Accident Analysis & Prevention和Transportation Research Part F: Traffic Psychology and Behaviour编委、《交通运输工程学报》和《交通信息与安全》杂志青年编委,兼任中国人工智能学会智能交通专委会副秘书长、中国交通运输协会青年科技工作者委员会委员等职务。主要围绕智慧交通、道路交通安全和驾驶行为开展研究,先后主持了国家重点研发课题2项、国家自然科学基金课题3项,发表学术论文80余篇,2023年获中国智能交通协会科技进步一等奖,2022年获中国交通运输协会科学技术进步奖二等奖。

Prof. Hui Zhang, a Ph.D. supervisor at Wuhan University of Technology, is recognized as a top young talent by the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China. He obtained his Ph.D. from Wuhan University of Technology and conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Alberta in Canada from 2013 to 2016. Zhang is an editorial board member of prominent international journals in traffic safety, including Accident Analysis & Prevention and Transportation Research Part F: Traffic Psychology and Behaviour. He also serves as a youth editorial board member for Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering and the Journal of Transport Information and Safety. Zhang is the Vice Secretary of Intelligent Transportation Systems Technical Commission of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence and a member of Committee of Youth Scientific & Technological Professional of China Communications and Transportation Association. His research primarily focuses on intelligent transportation, road traffic safety, and driving behavior. He has led two projects in National Key R&D Program of China and three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Zhang has published over 80 academic papers and received several accolades, including the first prize for scientific and technological progress from the China Intelligent Transportation Systems Association in 2023 and the second prize for scientific and technological progress from the China Communications and Transportation Association in 2022.

 

许项东 同济大学交通运输工程学院、城市交通研究院教授,博士生导师。主要研究兴趣包括交通网络建模与优化、交通系统韧性分析、区域综合交通模型、网络状态估计和检测器布局优化等。主持国家自然科学基金、上海市青年科技启明星计划等多项科研课题和咨询项目。在Transportation Research Part A/B/C/D/E、《中国公路学报》、《交通运输工程学报》等国内外知名期刊发表论文50余篇,并有多篇论文在交通运输理论国际研讨会(International Symposium on Transportation and Traffic Theory,ISTTT)宣讲。担任International Symposium on Transport Network Resilience(INSTR)国际科学委员会委员及多个期刊的编委。

Dr. Xiangdong Xu is a Professor in the College of Transportation Engineering at Tongji University, Shanghai, China. He has been working on various aspects of transportation network analysis, including travel choice behavioral modeling and network optimization, transportation network reliability/ redundancy/ vulnerability/ resiliency analysis, regional multi-modal travel demand modeling, network state estimation and sensors location, etc. He has published over 50 refereed papers in leading international journals such as Transportation Research Part A/B/C/D/E and the prestigious International Symposium on Transportation and Traffic Theory (ISTTT). Dr. Xu is an editorial board member of multiple international and domestic journals and the International Scientific Committee Member of the International Symposium on Transport Network Resilience (INSTR).

 

毛新华 长安大学副教授、硕士生导师,西安市交通基础设施建设与管理数字化重点实验室副主任,毕业于长安大学获博士学位,2018-2020年在加拿大滑铁卢大学从事博士后研究。毛新华博士主要从事交通基础设施数字化、交通韧性优化等领域的研究,先后主持了国家自然科学基金课题1项、省级课题3项,发表学术论文30余篇,获中国公路学会交通BIM工程创新奖一等奖、二等奖各1项。

Prof. Xinhua Mao is the Deputy Director of Xi 'an Key Laboratory of Digitization of Transportation Infrastructure Construction and Management. Dr. Mao’s main expertise is in the areas of Digitization of Transportation Infrastructure and Transportation Resilience Optimization. He was the Principal Investigator of National Natural Science Foundation of China (52102374) and has published more than 30 peer reviewed articles, awarded the BIM Engineering Innovation Award by China Highway and Transportation Society.

 

丁乃侃 博士,武汉理工大学副教授,主要从事道路交通安全、驾驶行为、智能网联交通系统优化、交通安全韧性等方向的研究。主持或参与国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等国家/省部级科研项目7项,在国内外高水平SCI/EI期刊和会议发表学术论文60余篇,授权专利、软件著作权10余项,获2023年中国智能交通协会科技进步奖一等奖1项、2020年度中国公路学会科学技术奖一等奖1项。

Naikan Ding, Doctor of Engineering, is currently working as an associate professor in Wuhan University of Technology. Prof. Ding’s research interests are road traffic safety, driving behavior, optimization of connected and automated traffic system, and traffic safety resilience. He has undertaken or participated in 7 national, provincial-level research projects such as the National Key Research and Development Program Project and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published over 60 SCI/EI indexed academic papers and authorized more than 10 patents and software. He has also won the first prize of the 2023 Science and Technology Progress Award of China Intelligent Transportation Systems Association, and the first prize of the 2020 Science and Technology Award of China Highway and Transportation Society.

 

黄明霞 博士,沈阳建筑大学副教授,交通工程教研室主任, 2015年于名古屋工业大学获博士学位,2015-2017年在名古屋工业大学从事助理研究员工作。目前担任世界交通运输大会委员,第六届中国交通运输协会青年委员等职务。主要围绕智慧交通、道路交通安全和交通风险预测开展研究,先后主持国家级和省部级课题12项,发表学术论文40余篇,授权专利20项。被评为沈阳建筑大学《师德标兵先进个人》,《双师双能》型教师,优秀研究生、本科生指导教师等荣誉称号。

Mingxia Huang, Ph.D., is the Associate Professor and Chair of the Traffic Engineering Department at Shenyang Jianzhu University. She earned her Ph.D. from Nagoya Institute of Technology in 2015 and continued there as an Assistant Researcher from 2015 to 2017. Prof. Mingxia Huang is a member of the World Transport Convention and the Youth Committee of the 6th China Communications and Transportation Association. Her research primarily focuses on intelligent transportation, road traffic safety, and traffic risk prediction. Prof. Mingxia Huang has led 12 national and provincial research projects and published over 40 academic papers, as well as having 20 patents authorized. Prof. Mingxia Huang has been awarded the title of Model Teacher of Ethics at Shenyang Jianzhu University, Dual-Teacher, Dual-Capability educator, and outstanding mentor for both graduate and undergraduate students.

 

曹奇 东南大学交通学院助理研究员、至善博士后。专注于交通大数据挖掘、出行行为建模与分析、智能交通管控等领域。以第一/通讯作者身份发表SCI论文10余篇,撰写专著2本;担任Communications in Transportation Research期刊编委、世界交通运输大会技术委员会青年委员;获批国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、企业知识产权成果转化等科研和工程应用项目6项;开发南京、绍兴等城市交通拥堵溯源可视化原型系统,获江苏省科学技术二等奖、中国公路学会科学技术一等奖;指导学生科技竞赛作品,获国家级比赛一等奖1项、二等奖2项,省级比赛一等奖2项。

Cao Qi is an Assistant Researcher and Zhishan Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Transportation, Southeast University. His research focuses on traffic big data mining, travel behavior modeling and analysis, and intelligent transportation management. He has published over 10 SCI-indexed papers as the first/corresponding author and authored two monographs. Cao Qi serves as an editorial board member for Communications in Transportation Research and as a young committee member of the Technical Committee for the World Transport Convention. He has been granted six research and engineering application projects, including funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and corporate intellectual property transformation projects. He developed prototype visualization systems for traffic congestion traceability in cities such as Nanjing and Shaoxing, which won him the Second Prize of Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Award (ranked 9th) and the First Prize of China Highway and Transportation Society Science and Technology Award (ranked 8th). He has also guided and co-guided student science and technology competition entries, such as 'Traffic Congestion Traceability Analysis Based on Multi-source Data,' winning one national first prize, two national second prizes, and two provincial first prizes.

 

王顺超 博士,东南大学“至善博士后”,江苏省卓越博士后,世界交通运输大会技术委员会青年委员,致力于智能网联车辆驾驶行为优化控制、车路协同控制、交通安全建模等研究,主持国家及省部级课题3项,以第一或通讯作者在IEEE TITS、IEEE ITSM、Transportation Research Part D、中国公路学报、交通运输工程学报等发表SCI/EI检索论文20篇(含SCI检索论文12篇,JCR Q1 6篇),研究成果获得优秀学位论文、任福田科技创新奖一等奖、市科技创新创业领军人才奖等,并在学科权威会议America Transportation Research Board Annual Meeting作学术交流10余次。

Wang Shunchao is a postdoctoral fellow at Southeast University, an excellent postdoctoral fellow of Jiangsu province, and a young member of the World Transport Convention. Dr. Wang is dedicated to research on intelligent connected vehicle driving behavior optimization control, vehicle-road cooperative control, and traffic safety modeling. He has undertaken 3 national and provincial-level projects, and published 20 technical papers indexed by SCI or EI in IEEE TITS, IEEE ITSM, Transportation Research Part D, China Journal of Highway and Transport, and Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering. He rewards the Outstanding Dissertation Award, the First Prize of the Ren Futian Science and Technology Innovation Award, and the Municipal Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Talent Award. He has also delivered more than 10 academic reports at the American Transportation Research Board Annual Meeting.
